Popular tights and where to find them

What is the most hated accessory ever for women? Some would answer:

“Tights…they are fragile, they easily broke and they are completely unnecessary.” These girls brave the cold, they like their legs naked, even when the outside temperature is sub-zero. But some other girls would reply: “No, tights are classy, stylish and a work of art”. Tights belong to fashion history and to the cinema stars, such as Marlene Dietrich, Jane Fonda or Sophia Loren.

An accessory becomes iconic, so cute and charming, if you know how to match it with your outfit. And sometimes, also a simple hole could not be a drama, because it could be the latest fashion.

Today a pair of broken tights could cost more than 100 dollars. An example? The ones made by Gucci, immediately sold out, as several magazines reported. Girls go bananas for them. It was a philosophical message a deconstruction of the system, a fashion revolution, a simple statement not understood by the majority, but always a gossip to speak about. Very Gucci.

In general miniskirt and tights are some of the most important inventions of the sixties that have contributed in a practical and effective way to the emancipation of women together with the birth control pill. So, tights or no tights? This is the dilemma.

Before making a decision, let’s have a look at the most popular ones and who wear them at the best.

But if you are not keen on specific brands, here is a blog where you can find all to know about socks, stockings, leggings and more: Luxury Legs.com
